- Due to the vacation periods of reception employees, which will begin starting this month of June, it will be necessary to fully utilize facial recognition for access to the condominium on the following days and times highlighted below: -Sundays and holidays: from 1 PM to 2 PM. -Daily: from 12 AM to 2 AM (early morning) Exclusive access through facial recognition. In this way, we request that all reservation registrations be forwarded with identification documents and a current selfie-type photo, in order to avoid any inconvenience during the said periods. -The building is quiet, has an elevator, 24-hour doorman, swimming pool, leisure area, children's area and 1 parking space.
-Guests will have access to all the rooms that appear in the photos of the ad.
-Accommodation can be accessed by private vehicle, bus, subway, taxi and Uber.

Attention!

- We are not responsible for any construction work or amenities in the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please contact us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand or any other foreign material into the pipes. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

-The refund of the deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the period required by the card administrator.

-Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

-Electricity charges will be applied for stays of 20 nights or more.
