This penthouse apartment has multiple floors and some of the stairs leading to the upper areas are steeper and may present a risk for people with reduced mobility. For this reason, and in the interests of everyone's safety, the property is not recommended for children, people with mobility difficulties, pets or people under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

House Rules:

The presence of the caretaker Cleriston is essential, as he is responsible for guests' access to the condominium and the apartment 24 hours a day. Groups of only men will not be allowed. This is a strictly residential building, with residents who value tranquility and well-being. Therefore, we kindly ask that you respect the rules of coexistence and silence, especially after 10 pm, under penalty of a fine for non-compliance (according to the condominium regulations). Visits and parties are strictly prohibited; only guests identified and registered in the reservation are allowed in the property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.

Guest access:

-The building is quiet, has an elevator and there is no 24-hour reception. We have 4 parking spaces for medium-sized cars and the boundaries marked on the floor must be respected.

-Guests will have access to all rooms that appear in the photos of the ad.

-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicle, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

- A building is being built on neighboring land, so some construction noise may exist.

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cases of cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the ad.

- We are not responsible for any construction work or amenities in the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please contact us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks and drains are not designed to dispose of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by improper use will be charged.

- Improper use of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

- The refund of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the period required by the card administrator.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or longer.
