* Accessibility & Safety

This penthouse features multiple levels, and some staircases have a steeper incline. For safety reasons, the property is not recommended for children, guests with reduced mobility or individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

* House Rules

— The presence of the caretaker, Cleriston, is mandatory. He is responsible for controlling guest access to both the condominium and the apartment and is available 24 hours a day.

— Groups consisting exclusively of men are not permitted.

— This is a strictly residential building. Guests are kindly asked to respect the condominium rules, especially the quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in fines imposed by the condominium.

— Parties and visitors are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests included in the reservation may access the property.

— Failure to comply with the house rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Important Notes!

— We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.

— Walking through common areas shirtless or wearing only swimwear is not permitted.

— Maintenance work, renovations, or temporary unavailability of condominium facilities are beyond our control. If any amenity is essential to your stay, please contact us before booking.

— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic materials in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause blockages. Repair costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or burns to towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other property items may incur repair or replacement charges. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paints, markers, and similar items.

— Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed without prior authorization. All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Changes to the number of guests may be subject to additional charges.

— For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— Please separate recyclable and organic waste and dispose of it in the designated condominium collection areas.

— To ensure the property's preservation and security, a refundable security deposit may be required. It will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the rental agreement.
