Terms and Conditions

- Estadia Carioca is not responsible for personal items left in the accommodations. Should any belongings be forgotten, the guest will have a period of up to 15 consecutive days to arrange only for the collection of the item. After this period, we reserve the right to proceed with the disposal or donation of the objects.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- CONTRACT CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions will apply:

• If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty of 5% of the prepaid rental.

• If the cancellation is made between 2 and 7 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty of 50% of the rental amount.

• If the cancellation is made less than 2 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty of 100% of the rental amount.

• In the event of a no-show, the guest will forfeit 100% of the rental amount.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

Should unforeseen situations arise that are not attributable to the company, resulting in the accommodation being unavailable for occupancy, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics, with no right to a refund for either party.
