We provide 2 additional single mattresses for extra guests, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people.

2nd Floor

— Every Wednesday (occasionally Thursday), between 9am and 12pm, pool maintenance is carried out by a specialist. The process takes approximately 15 minutes and is essential to ensure water quality.

— 1 parking space available (mid-size vehicles; large cars upon request). Vans and similar vehicles are not permitted, and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur within the condominium facilities.

— Easy access by car, metro, bus, taxi or ride-hailing apps.

Please Note:

— Due to the proximity of Colégio Notre Dame, some noise may be heard during school break times.

— All Smart TVs use Chromecast or FireStick. Each guest must enter their own streaming service credentials.

— We are not responsible for any works, maintenance or unavailability of condominium areas or amenities during your stay. If any specific item is essential for your stay, please contact us in advance.

— We are not responsible for any items left behind after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and within the building premises.

— Guests are not permitted to walk through common areas without a shirt or in swimwear.

— Please do not dispose of paper, sanitary products, sand or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks or drains. Any blockages caused by misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains or tears to towels, bed linen, upholstery or any other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please be mindful of makeup, sunscreen, self-tanner, cigarettes, paint and similar products.

— Visitors or persons not registered in the booking are not permitted without prior authorisation. All guests must be identified with an official photo ID.

— Any change to the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays exceeding 20 nights, electricity consumption will be charged.
