Parking information: Space for medium-sized cars, large cars upon consultation. Vans and similar vehicles are prohibited and we are not responsible for any damages that may occur on the condominium premises.

We inform that every Wednesday (occasionally on Thursdays), between 9 am and 12 pm, pool maintenance will be performed by a pool technician. The procedure is quick, taking about 15 minutes, and is essential to ensure water quality.

The building has a 24-hour reception service, elevator, and parking space.
-The guest will have access to all rooms that appear in the advertisement photos.
-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicle, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

- Due to the proximity to Notre Dame School, some type of noise can be heard during students' recess time. - All TVs connect to the Internet using Chromecast or FireStick. Each guest must insert their own settings.

- We are not responsible for Condominium works or amenities that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please contact us in advance.

- Toilets, sinks, and drains are not prepared for non-organic material disposal. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by improper use will be charged.

- Improper use of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is required.

-The deposit refund will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the timeframe required by the card administrator.

-Change in the number of guests is subject to extra cost.

-Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
