- The toilet, sinks and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand or any other foreign material in the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with an official photo Id.

-The refund of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the period required by the card administrator.
