There is easy access to all regions of the city with many public transportation options, the apartment is very close to Antero De Quental and Jardim De Alah metro stations. To get to the beach, just a walk of less than 1km is needed. And, walking just a few meters, you can reach the luxurious Leblon Shopping. Other nearby points of interest are Rodrigo De Freitas Lagoon, the Ipanema neighborhood, and Gávea.

In the entrance corridor, there is the option to follow through the kitchen, where there is no shortage of appliances and utensils necessary to compose a complete kitchen. In the living room, entering on the right, there is a corridor where there are 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed and another single bed, as well as spacious wardrobes for guests to store their belongings. In this same corridor, there is the social bathroom, which has a powerful shower for more relaxing baths. At the end of the corridor is where the suite is located, ideal for couples who desire more privacy.

Leaving the corridor and returning to the room, we have a dining table with 6 seats and another environment where the sofas and an armchair are located, where guests can gather to chat or appreciate the beautiful street view through the window. On the side, we have another environment that functions as a Tv room.

After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remembering that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the advertisement.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
