Guest access:

- The house provides a caretaker free of charge, who will be responsible for cleaning the outside of the house, the pool and the lawn.
- The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, 24-hour security and a sports court. Parking is allowed on the street in front of the house.
-Guests will have access to all the rooms shown in the photos in the ad.
-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicle, bus, metro, cab and Uber.

Attention!

-Parties, events, birthday celebrations, barbecues, and similar events, *with the presence of non-guests*, are expressly prohibited. We are not responsible for any construction work or amenities in the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please contact us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

- The refund of the deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the period required by the card administrator.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
