- After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remember that for cases of cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the listing.

- We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

-The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card issuer.

-Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
