- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linen, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Please beware of makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

- The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of your stay, depending on the processing time required by the card issuer.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.
