- The building is residential, has an elevator, and 24-hour security, but does not have a parking space.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and on the building premises.

- It is not permitted to walk around shirtless or in swimwear in the building's common areas.

- We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

- We are not responsible for any construction or amenities in the building that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linens, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
