— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please be especially careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

— Visitors or people who have not booked the accommodation with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid official photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— We ask that trash be separated into recyclable and organic waste and disposed of in the appropriate areas of the condominium.

– Parties are not permitted. It is important to respect the good relationship with neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be requested. It will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the established terms and conditions.
