— Walking around shirtless or in swimwear in the building's common areas is not permitted.

— We are not responsible for any construction work, maintenance, or unavailability of building areas and amenities. If a specific amenity is essential for your stay, please check with us beforehand.

— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause clogs. Costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linen, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may result in charges covering repair or replacement costs. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning oil, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. — Advance identification of all guests using an official photo ID is required.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

— For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity usage will be charged.

— We ask that you separate waste into recyclable and organic categories and dispose of it in the designated areas within the complex.

— Parties are not permitted. Maintaining good relations with neighbors is essential; please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property, a security deposit may be required. This will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the terms established in the contract.
